- The Mental Health Awareness club is starting today after school in room R11.
- "FCA is a Christian organization on campus that is open to all students. We meet in the MAC meeting room, the new athletic facility behind the school, every Wednesday at 7am for fellowship. Come join us tomorrow."
- Interact Club, We will be meeting after school at 3:00 on Wednesday, 9/8, in Mrs. Rizzo’s room, U2, to begin planning the Special Needs Homecoming. See you there!
- Did you enjoy seeing the MHS Step Team perform at the Black Out Pep Rally? Are you now interested in joining? MHS Step Team will have another tryout on Monday, September 13th and Wednesday, September 15th, from 3:15-4:30 pm in room R4. This is the final tryout for the semester. For more information, please see Ms. Hinton in room R4.
- This week is suicide awareness week. If you or a friend are struggling please reach out to one of our counselors. We are here to help you. Remember, you are loved and you’ve got this!
- The varsity tennis team lost a heartbreaker Tuesday night to Waco Midway giving them their 1st district loss. Players of the night were Nolan Armfield and Quinn Williford. This brings their fall record to 9 and 2, and 2 and 1 in district play. Come out and support the JV team as they host Midway today at the Tiger Tennis Courts at 3:45pm and also we need you out here next Tuesday the 14th when varsity hosts Lake Ridge for their annual showdown! Go Tigers!
- Students, you want to get involved here at MHS, well you’ll get your chance! Come check out all the exciting and interesting clubs and organizations that are available for you to Get Involved in during advisory or afterschool. There will be a Club Fair on Tues., Sept 14th during advisory on B-Day. Ask your teacher to see the list of Clubs/Organizations that are available. We hope you find something you’re interested in so that you can GET INVOLVED!
